WALL AND FLOOR TRANSFORMATION
The first meeting, I decided to join the group 3 because I wanted to do the mural. After then, the second group 3 meeting, I was going to pick the mural part, but the leader suggested me to be on the window and door part, so I took that part and being responsible for window and door.

From the presentation we having addition to put on locks for the window because the window can be opened easily from outside

After the meeting, I'm asking Roxanne from group 6 which already went to the place for the window amount which is 16 and the sizes and also was cooperating with Leon from Interior group to decide the color for the window and door on both interior and exterior side. I also asking in the group for drill for the lock hole
CONDITION ON THE SITE
WINDOW SIZE
the width is 640 mm with frame 80 mm on both sides.
the height is 1120 mm with frame 80 mm on both sides.

I am in group 3 for wall and floor transformation, especially in for window and wall.
CONCLUTION TASK
Things that need to do are repaint and changing the doors and windows that broken, in fact the door and window still in good condition and the window need to add lock.
The task for window and door are:

Repaint The Windows and Doors
Things needed:
1. Paint brush
2. Paint in light blue color
The color already arranged with the jungle theme which using the green as the main color. To cooperate with the exterior wall colored, blue is the best choice.
Apply Locks to the Windows
Things needed:
1. Lock for window
2. Drill

I went to Sunway Pyramid with my friend and looked for the locks, and also the lecture asked to apply cork board on the window so they can put their art or tasks to the cork board. So I went to daiso as suggested by the lecture and check out the size.
LOCK OPTION
1st option from Mr. Diy for side lock RM 2.47
option from ACE Hardware for side lock RM 3
2nd option from Mr. Diy for side lock RM 3.68
CORK BOARD
ISSUE
The size is A4 which is really small for the window size. I came with an idea to wrap a steryofoam with a cotton, yet, the lecture still suggested to use cork board.

I asked with Leon from Exterior group for color to paint and he wanted to use these color from kansai paint

1.the size for board is bigger ( a1 size if in daiso is only a3)
2.prize is cheaper Rm1ish
-Disadvantage
1.the thickness is two mm, to combine equals 4 mm
2.need to cut the a1 size to a2s
3.need to buy glue

CORKBOARD OPTION

While I buy things for my project, I founded other cork board option in Cactus in A1 size but has 2 mm thick, so I compare that with the cork board in daiso.

I bought 9 glues for the cork board in shopee. The glue is mountain glue with total RM 34.43
Before I bought this glue, I asked the lecture and give several option. I also asked carpenter for the best option to glue cork board. I received the package on 28 May 2019.

i and my friend, Juanita went to Sunway Pyramid to bought the lock. We ended up bought the different type of lock because the previous option were gone.
Side lock RM 3.68 x11 ( finished already, so my other friend help to buy the rest 5 of locks)

PHASE 1

I decided to join to went there on the first phase so I can know the condition, so it will be easier to manage on the 2nd phase. There, I helped move the old books and move interior. I also clean the window and door and paint the first coating. We have issue with the window because one window fell and we need to repair it. So we measure the size of the broken wood.
After the phase ended, I told my friend to explain for the next phase: do the lock first, paint, and also repair the broken window.

I still need to go there with window and door team because the lock on phase 2 had problems, so 6 of us came to do the unfinished lock.
I felt happy and also relieved that this project is already done. I feel so grateful to help other people and also I love interact with them. they were so sweet with their big smile,
